I’m passionate about empowering you to reconnect with yourself in a greater way, recognize your unlimited potential, and discover how awesome you really are!
When I was a teenager, I knew that my career path would involve supporting people with their emotional health and well-being. I provided social work and counselling services to individuals and families for 14 years before being divinely guided to share my healing tools and intuitive gifts with the world as an intuitive counsellor & wellness coach. My journey has included challenging experiences and interesting turning points that led me to where I am today.
My spiritual awakening begins…
It was a sports injury in 2008 that really woke me up to the incredible power of my thoughts and emotions in creating my reality. This led to my research of energy medicine, positive psychology, spirituality, and the body’s ability to heal itself of emotional and physical issues. I discovered energy psychology therapies, such as, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), which allowed me to experience and witness profound healing shifts and emotional breakthroughs in such a short amount of time! As a result, EFT Tapping became the primary therapeutic tool I used as a Social Worker to help clients process and regulate their emotions and collapse limiting beliefs about what’s possible. The results were remarkable and heart-warming for me and my clients! The awesomeness here is that amazing results are common place with EFT Tapping. It’s supported by science and it works even if you don’t believe in it!
Deepening the spiritual connection…
A psychic medium told me in 2014 that I was going to be a medium, she seemed surprised and so was I! A year and half later, my psychic intuitive and mediumship abilities awakened, allowing me to clairvoyantly perceive energy, as well as, channel information from the Divine and communicate with souls that have passed on or departed. It turns out that part of my life purpose is to be a conduit for healing and empowering messages. I came to recognize that I could help more people in a unique way. I felt called to combine my therapy and intuitive services and guide people to reconnect with their intuition in a deeper way and experience even more profound healing.
The power within…
At times, it may not be easy to listen to your intuition especially if it contradicts social expectations and logical assumptions or if you are overly stressed or focused on fear-based thinking. The good news is that there are simple ways to calm the stress response so you can become more in tune with yourself and your inner knowing about what’s right for you. I’m grateful to share my helping tool box and skills with you and show you the incredible power within you to heal yourself.
It is possible for you to manifest what you desire in health, wellness, career and relationships and experience more joyful feeling vibes. You have unlimited potential and so much support to make it happen.
